AIToolKit ("we", "us", "our") operates https://aitoolkit.tech. We provide AI-powered tools including video translation, voice cloning, AI dubbing, and image generation. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable laws such as the GDPR and CCPA.

Data Controller: For users in the EEA/UK, AIToolKit acts as the Data Controller for account data and Data Processor for user input content generated via our tools.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email, password.
• Biometric & Input Data: Voice prints, images, videos, and text you upload to generate content. This is processed solely to provide the service.
• Usage Data: IP address, device info, browser type, interaction logs.
• Payment Data: Processed by secure third-party processors (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.

3. AI Training & Data Usage

We do not use your Input Data (videos, voice, text) to train our public foundational AI models. Your data is processed solely to generate your requested output. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage metrics to improve service performance, but this does not include identifiable personal content.

4. Data Security & Deletion

• Encryption: Transmission via HTTPS (TLS/SSL); Storage via AES-256.
• Data Deletion API: Users may request complete data deletion via our API or by contacting support. Upon request, we strive to delete personal data within 72 hours, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Access Control: Strict access controls for authorized personnel only.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We only share data with trusted service providers (processors) necessary to operate the service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing), bound by strict confidentiality agreements and GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

6. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to countries outside your residence. We ensure adequate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where applicable).

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

• Access & Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured format.
• Correction & Deletion: Update or delete your account data ("Right to be Forgotten").
• Opt-Out: Opt-out of marketing or data processing for AI training.
• Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights.
• Appeal: If we deny a request, you may appeal by contacting support.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
